These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FLUID website and any services provided by FLUID ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
FLUID provides brand identity design, web design, Webflow development, web application development, AI discoverability services, and ongoing design retainers ("Services"). Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project proposals.
Projects require a 50% deposit to begin. Remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are delivered. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in work being paused. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of final deliverables. FLUID retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Source files are included only where specified in the project proposal.
Each project includes two structured revision rounds per deliverable as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions are billed at $150 USD per hour. Revisions must be submitted as consolidated feedback (not rolling individual notes).
Clients agree to provide accurate briefs, timely feedback (within 5 business days of each submission), and all necessary content, assets, and access required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may extend timelines accordingly.
Projects cancelled before delivery are subject to a kill fee equivalent to 25% of the total project value plus all work completed to date at our hourly rate. Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period.
FLUID's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
