Most agencies give you a one-time deliverable and disappear. FLUID builds everything as a compounding system through our Fluidity retainer model. We also integrate AI discoverability from day one — so your brand shows up in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, not just Google.

We're based in Dubai, UAE — but our clients are global. We've worked with brands across the UK, USA, India, and across the GCC. Time zones have never been a problem — we adapt.

We're intentionally selective. We typically run 4–6 active projects at any time to ensure every client gets our full attention. This means we sometimes have a short waitlist — book a discovery call early.

You can start with just one service. Many clients begin with brand identity, then add a Webflow site, then roll into Fluidity. You don't have to commit to everything upfront — we meet you where you are.

Yes — all design work is done in Figma. You'll receive the source files at project completion so your team can make minor updates independently.

Both. We can do a full rebrand from scratch, or we can work within your existing brand guidelines and evolve them. We'll audit your current brand during discovery and recommend the right approach.

We don't offer isolated logo design — we build brand systems. A logo without a strategy behind it is just a shape. Our minimum engagement for brand work is a Brand Starter package, which includes strategy, logo, and guidelines.

Fluidity is our proprietary monthly retainer model. Each month follows a 4-week cycle: Audit → Strategy → Design → Review. Your brand doesn't stay static — it continuously improves based on data, feedback, and market changes.

Traditional retainers are reactive — you ask for something, they make it. Fluidity is proactive — we're constantly monitoring, strategizing, and improving before you even know you need it. It's the difference between a contractor and a partner.

We require a minimum 3-month commitment (to see meaningful results), after which you can cancel with 30 days notice. We don't lock clients in — if we're not delivering value, you should leave.

Brand Identity: 3–5 weeks. Web Design: 2–4 weeks. Webflow Build: 4–6 weeks. Brand + Web combined: 6–9 weeks. Timelines depend on scope and how quickly feedback is provided. We'll give you a firm timeline during scoping.

We need you for key decisions — direction selection, feedback rounds, and final approval. Outside of those touchpoints, we handle everything. Most clients spend 1–2 hours per week during active projects.

All project packages include 2 structured revision rounds per deliverable. Revisions beyond this are available at our hourly rate of $150/hr. Fluidity retainer clients have revision flexibility built into their monthly hours.

A signed proposal, 50% deposit, and a 90-minute kickoff call. During the kickoff we'll gather everything we need — references, competitors, audience details, and goals. We make it easy.

Webflow gives us pixel-perfect design control, clean code, fast hosting, and a CMS you can actually use. WordPress requires constant maintenance and plugin management. For most of our clients, Webflow is simply the better tool. That said, if your business specifically requires WordPress or Shopify, we can discuss it.

AI discoverability means your brand showing up when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini about your industry. A growing percentage of people are using AI for research and purchasing decisions — if your brand isn't there, you're invisible to them. We engineer your brand's presence specifically for these AI platforms.

We include SEO foundations in every Webflow build — semantic structure, meta tags, site speed, and schema markup. For clients on Fluidity retainers, we also do ongoing content SEO and AI discoverability optimization. We don't run paid ads.

Yes — we build every site with a robust Editor and CMS setup so non-technical users can update content without touching the design. We include a video walkthrough at handoff and 30 days of support for any questions.
